My guides are step-by-step with photos. Plus, I’m in your inbox for 30–90 days answering questions. You’re not alone.
What if I have a really small budget?
I work with budgets starting at $1,200.
You tell me YOUR number, and I design within it. Budget-friendly doesn’t mean boring — I promise.
What if I don't like the design?
That’s why revisions are included.
We adjust until you’re thrilled. I’ve never had a client who didn’t love their final design because we communicate throughout the process.
What if items sell out?
I include backup alternatives for every major item.
Plus, during your support period, email me and I’ll find a replacement within 24 hours.
I'm outside the US. Can you still help me?
YES! I’ve designed rooms in Spain, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Puerto Rico, and more.
I’ll adapt shopping lists to local retailers or help you source similar items. Distance doesn’t matter.
Do you charge extra if my budget changes?
It depends on how much and when:
- Small adjustments (like going from $2,500 to $3,000): No extra charge! I'll update your shopping list within your included support period (30 days for $250 package, 90 days for $600 package).
- Significant changes (like doubling your budget from $2,000 to $4,000, or cutting it in half): This may require a redesign with different furniture selections, so there would be an additional fee. We'd discuss this before any extra work.
- Before I start designing: If you realize your budget needs to change AFTER you fill out the questionnaire but BEFORE I create your design, just let me know! No charge to adjust.
Bottom line: Small tweaks are included. Major overhauls may require additional design work. I'll always communicate with you first!
Does my budget include the cost of your design service, or just furniture?
Your budget should be JUST for furniture, decor, and room items. The design service fee ($250 or $600) is separate.
So if you tell me your budget is $3,000, that's what I'll plan for the room contents. The design fee is paid upfront when you purchase the package.
What counts as a "revision"?
A revision is when you want to make changes to the design I delivered. Examples:
Minor changes (usually fit within one revision):
- Swapping out 2-3 furniture pieces for different styles
- Adjusting the color palette
- Tweaking the layout slightly
- Changing some decor items
Major changes (might use up multiple revisions or require a new design):
- Completely different style direction
- Drastically different budget (30%+ change)
- Redesigning for a different room size (if you measured wrong initially)
$250 Package: 1 revision within 15 days of design delivery
$600 Package: 3 revisions within 20 days of design delivery
Important: After your revision window closes, additional revisions are available for a fee ($50-100 depending on scope).
